Atlanta’s Late Night Scene Has a New Home Base

Disco unicorn decor at Jagger Suite

The city is not known as Hotlanta for nothing! Atlanta has always known how to bring some spicy southern heat to every venue here, and the heat doesn’t cool off at night. In fact, you could say it’s just warming up.

If you’re looking for a new scene in Atlanta nightlife with flavorful drinks and an eclectic atmosphere, then take a look at Jagger Suite.

Jagger Suite opened earlier this year on the 10th floor of the Moxy Atlanta Downtown and has earned its reputation quickly as a place for people who want retro style and modern flair in one relaxed space. The rooftop lounge runs a DJ program that has guests moving across the dance floor well past midnight and houses a broad cocktail menu that gives beverage connoisseurs a reason to make the trip downtown.

The Look and Layout

The elevator opens onto a space that makes an immediate impression. Stardust, a 12-foot disco unicorn installed at the entrance, casts fractured light across the room. The design draws from Studio 54, complete with velvet seating and warm lighting. The indoor lounge flows out onto an open-air deck with a view of the Atlanta skyline, and the DJ booth sits at the center of the room with the seating arranged around it.

Inside the main lounge, The Powder Room operates behind a door that most guests walk past. The speakeasy requires keycard access and a separate reservation. Its design runs somewhere between Space Age and chic chemistry lab and is retro-futurist and precise. It has its own menu entirely distinct from that of the main floor.

Late Night Cravings

The food menu features upscale bar bites built for sharing. Highlights include Szechuan calamari, Jagger frites, buffalo chicken empanadas, and tuna cannoli topped with black truffle. The McJagger Burger holds its own as a favorite for late evening fare. The kitchen stays open until midnight, which gives guests ample time to place their order.

Golden Hour runs Wednesday through Friday from 4 to 6:30 p.m., with bites starting at $5 and cocktails averaging around $11. The deck tends to get full during that window, so be sure to secure a reservation before the crowd settles in.

Refreshing Drinks With a Twist

Our cocktail menu is crafted for every palette and we offer an expansive range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.  All cocktails are inspired by our retro-themed ambiance that adds the right touch of class and style to your night.

Signature Cocktails

Suite Surrender — $18. Bulleit Bourbon, vanilla, Angostura Orange and Aromatic Bitters, cherry wood smoke treatment. The cherry wood smoke gives the bourbon a dry, woody character. Vanilla and bitters are present, but don’t read as sweet.

Silver Tongue — $25. No. 3 London Dry Gin, olive brine, goat cheese-stuffed caviar olives, absinthe perfume. Briny and herbal throughout, with anise from the absinthe perfume in the finish.

Bombshell — $18. Don Julio Reposado, Ancho Reyes, spicy pineapple agave, lime, Tajín rim. Pineapple and lime up front, with chile heat from the Ancho Reyes and Tajín that builds through the sip.

Clear Intentions — $20. Don Julio 70 Cristalino, ginger liqueur, lemon, yuzu foam. The yuzu foam leads with a floral citrus note. Ginger and lemon underneath, with the Cristalino keeping it smooth.

Espresso-Infused Cocktails

Slow Burn — $16. Ilegal Mezcal, infused cold brew, Liquor 43, toasted meringue, Fireside Dust. Mezcal smoke and cold brew bitterness up front, with vanilla and botanicals from the Liquor 43. The Fireside Dust brings dry heat at the back.

Midnight Alibi — $18. Espresso, J.F. Haden’s Espresso Liqueur, Frangelico, vanilla bean, ube foam. Choice of Grey Goose Vodka, Patrón Reposado, Angel’s Envy Bourbon, or Hennessy VS Cognac. Hazelnut from the Frangelico and vanilla in the coffee base, with ube foam on top that is sweet and faintly floral.

Plugged In — $18. Espresso, Borghetti, pistachio orgeat, chocolate mole bitters, matcha foam. Same four spirit options. Toasted pistachio nuttiness, dark chocolate and dried chili from the mole bitters, and a grassy bitterness from the matcha foam on the finish.

Non-Alcoholic Options

Off the Record — $13. Ritual Gin Alternative, Giffard Vanilla, pomegranate, citrus. Tart pomegranate and citrus, with vanilla on the finish.

Rooftop Retreat — $13. Ritual Tequila Alternative, Giffard Pineapple, basil, coconut water, citrus. Pineapple and coconut water with an herbal bitterness from the basil.

Flashback — $13. Ritual Whiskey Alternative, Giffard Ginger, lemon. Ginger and lemon with a dry finish from the whiskey alternative.
